We provide you with the latest available promotions, which enable you, the user, to receive discounts on purchases at various outlets we feature.

Liveoffers uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the information and content, including catalogues and expiration dates that it makes available through the Services. However, retailers have the ability to change or terminate their promotional offers at any time, including ‘ongoing’ and the validity date. Since the Services are composed of content not offered by Liveoffers, Liveoffers does not control

2. The availability or technical capabilities of the merchant Web sites or links to their Web sites.
3. Liveoffers is not liable or responsible for content supplied by third parties-    the quality, safety or legality of items available through or on merchant Web sites, stores or sites of third parties.
4. Liveoffers does not guarantee the price, quality, terms, product, availability and/or services offered by any merchant.
5. Liveoffers is not involved in any transactions between you and any of the merchants for whom we list promotional offers, is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the price or performance of any goods, services or information provided by advertisers.
6. If you have a dispute with one or more merchants, you agree to release and hereby release Liveoffers from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Copyrights, Trademark rights and Content

You hereby accept and acknowledge that the Licensed Application, the service and all related content are subject to copyright and trademark rights whether explicitly stated or implied. Any reproduction or use of the App Provider copyright material other than personal use requires the explicit conditional written permission of the App Provider. Liveoffers logo, code, liveoffers.ie and other names of products/services referenced in these terms and conditions are trademarks and registered copyrights of the App Provider. You must not use any of the Copyright or Trademark connected with App Provider’s product/service in connection with any service or product not offered by us, nor in any manner that may reflect negatively on partners, our associates or us.

You represent and warrant that any comments, suggestions or feedback you provide, disclose or submit to the App Provider is entirely without obligation or restriction of any intellectual property, copyright or trademark rights and will not cause any person harm, injury or contain any harmful or unlawful content.

The Licensed Application contains proprietary material, images, links, text, pictures, logos, clips, trade names, and domain names, service names of the App Provider or other third parties. All such content is provided on a "as–is" basis and you agree the App Provider or App Provider associates are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such content.

It is our intention to ensure all content is decent, non-violent and appropriate. However, should you encounter such content that you deem as indecent, violent or inappropriate please do inform us. You acknowledge and agree that the App provider or third party content provider shall have no liability to you for any such Application Content.

Nothing in this License Agreement shall be interpreted to confer to you any title or ownership rights to the Licensed Application or any copyrights, trademark or intellectual property rights thereof.

This clause (Copyrights, Trademark rights and Content) shall survive the termination of this License Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Liveoffers disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Privacy and Data Collection

Liveoffers does not collect personally identifying information from users of the services unless users have explicitly given such information to Liveoffers. Our information practices are further described in its privacy policy. Liveoffers’s privacy policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that use of data as described in the privacy policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.

User Control and Uninstall

You can access and change certain user settings for the Properties and Services by following the instructions applicable to your device. Uninstallation methods will vary depending on your device. Errors, Corrections and Changes

We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.  We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable.  We may make changes to the features, functionality or content of the Site at any time.  We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.

Notification of Violations

The Users may report possible abuses, illegal and unauthorized uses, contrary to the provisions of applicable law and/or to the Contract, by means of the following address: support@liveoffers.ie.The User shall immediately notify any unauthorized use of the Services by third parties and his own device to Liveoffers.
